I’m not exactly sure what season it feels like, but it’s gradually getting cooler.
This time, at a customer’s request:
[Gibier All Star]
We roasted fresh venison and wild boar deliciously and finished it with a traditional sauce.
We don’t serve gibier all the time, so if you’re not a fan, don’t worry.
If you have a request, please let us know in advance.
Oh! We’ve also got new wines in stock.
For wine lovers, definitely try the pairing or a glass of wine too.
We’ll be open as usual during Silver Week: September 19–23.

We’re now taking orders for 2026 Osechi.
